Terms for Working With Arachna Digital
This page sets out the basic terms for enquiries, project discussions, and digital setup services provided by Arachna Digital. It is intended to be clear, practical, and easy to understand.
General
These terms give a straightforward overview of how Arachna Digital works with prospective and active clients. They apply to website enquiries, project discussions, and digital setup services unless a separate written agreement is provided for a specific project.
Quotes and Scope
Any quote, package, or proposal is based on the agreed scope at the time it is prepared. If the work changes materially, the timeline, deliverables, or price may need to change as well.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing timely access, content, approvals, account details, and any business information needed to complete website, SEO, Microsoft 365, Google Business Profile, domain, or branding work properly.
Payments
Project work, retainers, and one-off services may require payment in advance, staged payments, or payment on agreed invoice terms. Specific payment arrangements should always be confirmed in writing before work starts.
Delivery and Timings
Estimated timelines depend on project scope, responsiveness, third-party platforms, and how quickly required materials are supplied. Delivery dates are provided in good faith but may move if approvals, access, or scope change.
Third-Party Services
Some work relies on third-party platforms such as domain registrars, Microsoft, Google, Cloudflare, analytics tools, hosting providers, or email providers. Arachna Digital is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or service issues caused by those third parties.
Ownership and Access
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, client accounts, domains, and business assets should be set up in the client's name. Final ownership of supplied content and approved deliverables will follow the agreed project terms and any outstanding payment obligations.
Liability
Arachna Digital will always aim to provide careful, professional work, but cannot guarantee rankings, platform decisions, uninterrupted third-party services, or specific commercial outcomes. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service where legally permitted.
